Our Cheeses

Pure ingredients, locally sourced. We make our award-winning cheeses in open vats using full fat milk from our own herd and other carefully selected Cornish farms. Every single truckle comes from our small rural dairy near Truro.

Cornish Yarg

Cornish Yarg is a nettle wrapped semi hard cheese. Fresh and lemony, Cornish Yarg is creamy and slightly crumbly at its core.

Wild Garlic Yarg

Using the exact same recipe as our traditional nettle-wrapped Yarg, we wrap the cheeses in wild garlic leaves. Slightly firmer than traditional Yarg, this cheese has underlying hints of wild garlic whilst remaining fresh and creamy.

Loosely based on the Cornish Yarg recipe, Stithians is a hard cheese with a cheddary-taste that imparts buttery, salty and tangy flavours.
