Wild Garlic Yarg is hand made in open vats from grass-rich Cornish milk. Matured for five weeks, it takes on an  unmistakeable flavour and yet whispers rather than shouts its name. Deliciously different.

Our Wild Garlic Yarg is wrapped in the aromatic ramson leaves that arrive in the Cornish woodlands each spring.

These verdant beauties impart a gentle garlicky flavour and give the cheese a slightly firmer texture. It’s hard to believe, but Wild Garlic Yarg is made to exactly the same recipe as our traditional nettle wrapped Yarg. The striking difference in taste and texture is all down to the leaves. Isn’t nature clever?

Storage Tips

Wrap in wax paper, store below 8 degrees, serve at room temperature.

Full truckles of Yarg have a use-by of 6 weeks from despatch date.
