Next, assemble the sandwich by layering the ingredients. Start with a thin mayo spread on the loaf’s bottom half. Add a generous amount of fresh lettuce and sun-dried tomatoes. Add your prosciutto and salami, which work wonderfully together with a slice of Cornish Yarg cheese on top.
