TWO DOUBLE GOLDS FOR CORNISH YARG AT THE GREAT TASTE AWARDS – & A GOLD FOR WILD GARLIC TOO.

Forgive us the brag, but it’s so pleasing when Britain’s top judges like our cheese as much as we do! Here’s what they said about our traditional nettle wrapped Yarg :

‘Absolutely fabulous appearance, the nettle pattern gives the larhe whole cheese the look of a tate Gallery exhibit. Very delicate aroma with a touch of nettle and a delicate flavour, mild and clean tasting but quite complex. It is a delightfully fresh and quite unusual cheese. Long finish. Tremendous’.

‘Beautiful looking cheese, fresh tasting and creamy curd with beautiful underlying hints of wild garlic. The seasoning is bang on.’
