If I can cook, I can do anything…

This claim is the basic truth behind the Fifteen Cornwall Food Foundation’s newly launched campaign, FoodWorks, which aims to bring meaningful change to many lives through food education. As chair of the Fifteen Cornwall charity, Lynher Dairies’ owner Catherine Mead sees first hand on a regular basis how newly gained food knowledge – whether that be how to cook it, where to find it and even how to eat it –  inspires and transforms lives.
