Spring has definitely sprung in Cornwall. The woodlands are now once again scented with the first shoots of wild garlic, and the foraging season is upon us. We’ll be back to work as soon as the Bank Holiday weekend is over – but for now, it’s to the kitchen to see if we can make some cheesy hot cross buns. See our Facebook page for the recipe!
