A big pre-launch win for Cornish Kern

Our new cheese, Cornish Kern, which will be launched in a year or so, has been awarded a major prize at this year’s British Cheese Awards.

Picking up the title of Best Modern British Cheese, Kern is well on its way to recognition.

A longer maturing cheese with a black wax rind, it won Best English Cheese last year too.

We have made a very limited amount thus far but are putting more into storage every week and anticipate being able to sell Kern more widely in 2017. We can’t wait for you all to try it!
