Follow these simple steps below to purchase a gift voucher:

  1. Select the value you wish to give
  2. Add to basket and go through to the checkout page
  3. Add a personalised gift message so they know who they have received it from
  4. We will post the voucher directly to the delivery address specified at checkout
Redeeming a gift voucher

To redeem your gift voucher online, follow these steps:

  1. Choose the goods you would like to purchase and add to your basket
  2. Go through to checkout
  3. Redeem your gift voucher by clicking ‘Have a promo code? Click here’
  4. Type the code on your voucher and apply
  5. Proceed with checkout and enjoy your cheese!

  • Gift vouchers are for online use only – not available to redeem in our cheese shop
  • Gift vouchers may be redeemed in full or part payment for goods.
  • The value of the gift vouchers expires on the date shown on the voucher, which is 12 months. If unused within this time the card will be deemed inactive and any remaining balance lost.
  • Treat the gift card as cash as it cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.
  • Any goods purchased using the gift voucher cannot be refunded.
