Norton Barton is a family of fine food producers working together on a Cornish farm who supply wonderful artisan food and drink products.
These delicious sourdough crackers were developed by Fionagh at Norton Barton’s bakehouse. Each batch is handmade using their own sourdough mother which is specially fed and fermented to create the perfect punch and crunch. The mother is mixed with the finest rye flour, rapeseed oil and a little sea salt to achieve the perfect texture and taste. It is then rolled and sprinkled with rye before baking.
