Our hamper has been carefully chosen by the Lynher team to showcase Cornish Yarg. We have collaborated with The Cornish Larder to create our own beetroot relish that pairs perfectly with the creamy, lemony flavour of Yarg.

Hamper includes a 900g truckle of Cornish Yarg, Fionagh’s Original Sourdough crackers, and our crafted beetroot relish. Perfect for hosting a cheese board for friends and family, or send as a gift. Ideal for parties of 10-20 people, or for a few nights in with a cheese board!

 

Portion size guide

Our 900g truckles (or ‘Baby Yargs’ as we like to call them!) are perfect for hosting a cheese board for friends and family!

Not only do they make a stunning centrepiece on a cheeseboard, they are great for feeding 10-20 people, depending on how hungry you are!

As a main meal, we recommend 100g portions per person. Or for an after dinner board, we recommend 50g portions.

Storage tips

Wrap in wax paper, store below 8 degrees, serve at room temperature.

Full truckles of Yarg have a use-by of 6 weeks from despatch date.

Once cut into the cheese, consume within 10 days.

Fionagh’s Original Sourdough Crackers: Wholemeal Flour, (Wheat, Ascorbic Acid) Rye Flour, Sourdough (11%) (Water, Rye Flour), Rapeseed Oil, Brown Sugar, Salt.

Beetroot relish: Beetroot(49%), Onion, Apple, Red Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Sugar, Salt, Mixed Spice, Nigella Seeds.
