About the producers

The Cornish Larder are award-winning producers of preserves and sauces. Inspired by our local following for our ‘Cornish Yarg toasted sandwiches’, we collaborated with the founders of The Cornish Larder (Jake and Abi) to craft this beetroot relish with Cornish Yarg in mind. Vibrant in colour, the beetroot relish imparts a delicate pickled and earthy flavour which compliments the creamy, yoghurty freshness of Yarg. A winning combination!
