Melt in the mouth Yarg
Winter can be a long old slog sometimes so set the guilt aside and opt for some proper comfort food. Yarg’s low melting point makes it a great cheese to cook with but keep it simple! Try a fondue with cider, a Welsh rarebit or a batch of Yarg scones with lashings of farmhouse butter.
