Holidaying our side of the Tamar this year? Take a piece of Cornwall home with you in the form of a wedge of Yarg or Kern, hand made from local ingredients.
We use the creamy milk produced by our herd of Ayrshires who live just down the road from the dairy at Gadles Farm, and take in milk from a few carefully selected local farms in the area too.
Our nettle and wild garlic leaves are picked within a few miles radius of the dairy. The whole cheesemaking process happens here at Lynher Dairies on the outskirts of Ponsanooth.
