We are the proud makers of Cornish Yarg, Wild Garlic Yarg, Cornish Kern and Stithians. Our artisan cheeses are handmade in Cornwall using milk produced from our own herd of Ayrshire cows, and other carefully selected local herds.

Our approach is rooted in knowledge, integrity and care. We believe that food should be more than sustenance - it should tell a story, create community, and inspire meaningful change.
